CONSIGNMENT of ARTWORK AGREEMENT

Agreement is made on this_______ day of ______, 20____, between ______________________and Creations Studio Gallery.

The Gallery does not claim exclusivity.

The agreement shall have a term of ________.

Commission is 35% for Gallery and 65% for artist.

The Artist retains title to the artwork until sale at which time title passes to purchaser.

Creations Studio Gallery will be responsible for the artwork until it passes ownership to the purchaser.

If at anytime the Artist requests return of the artwork, The Gallery will release the work immediately.  

Creations Studio Gallery will remit to the Artist, the retail price of each work less gallery commission within 30 days after the sale.

The artist is responsible for delivery to, and pick up of their work from, Creations Studio Gallery.
